REGULATIONS
These regulations specify the rules of making purchases in the online store operated at www.weisceramics.com.
The operator of the store is Agnieszka Weis Studio Ceramiczne, seated in Gdańsk, which has the exclusive right to operate this store.
The provisions of these Regulations apply to the Seller and all Customers ordering and purchasing products in the online store at www.weisceramics.com.
1 Preliminary provisions
1.1 Definitions:
1) Rules and Regulations - these regulations defining the rules for making purchases in the online store www.weisceramics.com

4) Customer - a natural person, legal person, organizational unit without legal personality, who has successfully registered an account in the online store www.weisceramics.com by obtaining a login and password, in order to purchase a product;
5) Product(s) - artistic, customized ceramics by Agnieszka Weis.
6) Laws - the Act of April 23, 1964. Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended); Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827); Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).

1.2 Information about Products
All Products offered in the Store are new, made based on designs by Agnieszka Weis and are subject to copyright protection.
The products are handmade.
The Products are made in unique designs.
Due to the manual way of making the Products and due to the use of non-standard materials for their production, the Seller reserves the possibility of the existence of slight differences in the Products.
The existence of differences between a copy of the same design of a Product, the photo of which has been posted in the Store, and another copy of this design of a Product ordered by the Customer is allowed, while the difference in the detail of Products of the same series is due to the specifics of the manufacture of these Products.
Photographs and other forms of visualization and presentation of the Products placed on the pages of the Store do not reflect the actual size of the Products, but are only informative about the Products.
The Seller informs that the Products - due to their handicraft character, delicacy and fragility of the raw materials used - should be used only in accordance with their intended use and stored in a manner corresponding to their properties.
Any complaints submitted by the Customer, resulting from ignorance of the specifics of the Products mentioned above, as well as from non-compliance with the rules of handling the Products described in the Regulations, will not be considered by the Seller.
1.3 Price
All prices of the Products offered by the Store are given in PLN.
The prices of the Products do not include shipping costs.
PRIVACY POLICY
The administrator of the Customer's personal data, after registration in the Store, is Agnieszka Weis Studio Ceramiczne, NIP 5842717244, Lelewela Street 6D/15 80-442 Gdańsk, e-mail [email protected].
The Customer, by registering in the Store, voluntarily agrees for Weis Ceramics to store and necessary process his/her personal data provided in the registration form: name, surname, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number.
The Customer's personal data is used for the purpose of concluding (electronically) and executing a contract for the sale of Weis Ceramics Products (under the terms and conditions described in the Terms and Conditions), including the processing of any complaints, and - with the Customer's separate consent - for marketing purposes (information about loyalty programs or contests) or commercial purposes (presentation of the current offer of Products sold through the Store, including the sending of a Newsletter). This data is not processed or used by Weis Ceramics for any other purpose.
Weis Ceramics processes Customer's data in accordance with the law and with confidentiality.
Weis Ceramics shares Customers' personal data only with entities with whose help it fulfills orders of Products - courier or postal companies. Weis Ceramics does not transfer, sell or make available to other entities the collected personal data of Customers, except for those entities that have an appropriate legal basis.
The IT system in which the Customers' personal data are processed meets the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).
Under the rules provided for by the regulations on the protection of personal data, the Customer has the right to access his/her data, to correct them, to demand the cessation of their processing and to demand their deletion. At any time it is possible to revoke consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and consent to the sending of commercial information. In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the Customer may use the tab - Contact - on the Store's website.
COOKIES
For the convenience of customers, the website www.weisceramics.com, hereinafter referred to as the Store, uses cookies and similar technologies, among other things, to customize the Store to the needs of users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by a website visited by an Internet user to the Internet user's device.
Cookies are also used by websites that we link to by showing, for example, multimedia.
